The EpicenterU Regional Lead & Adjunct Lecturer will serve as the primary local representative, ecosystem builder, and classroom instructor for EpicenterU's Students to Startups initiative in Arkansas or Mississippi. This role will deliver Epicenter's venture-focused entrepreneurship curriculum while building connections among students, universities, investors, corporate partners, and regional leaders to strengthen the Delta's innovation ecosystem.

The Development Leader will grow and diversify Epicenter’s funding relationships by building strong partnerships with corporations, foundations, and individual supporters. Working closely with the CEO and Board, this role will identify and cultivate new funding opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and lead prospects through the full development cycle while connecting Epicenter’s impact across Memphis and the Delta Region with funder priorities.
