Our Customer Readiness Accelerator is a 9-week program designed to elevate your sales skills. As a part of the cohort, you'll master the 7-step sales process, learn effective communication and presentation techniques, understand how to handle objections confidently, refine your closing strategies, and learn how to secure corporate partnerships.

Weeks 1–4:
High-Level Pilot Programs from Concept to Corporate Contract
  • Design a Strategic Pilot Program:
    Create a high-level, structured pilot program that aligns with corporate needs and expectations.
  • Build a Compelling Proposal:
    Develop a detailed proposal complete with objectives, timelines, budget forecasts, and measurable outcomes.  
  • Utilize Industry-Standard Tools:
    Integrate relevant software and project management tools to streamline and professionalize the program design.  
  • Develop a Repeatable Framework:
    Establish a foundational framework that can be adapted to various corporate partnerships for scalability.
Weeks 4–8:
Selling for Success
  • Develop a Winning Sales Strategy:
    Identify ideal clients, refine messaging, and build a structured sales plan.
  • Master Persuasive Communication:
    Learn to articulate value propositions with clarity and confidence.
  • Handle Objections Like a Pro:
    Gain strategies to navigate challenges and negotiate successfully.
  • Close More Deals:
    Apply proven closing techniques to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships:
    Leverage follow-up strategies to ensure ongoing success.
