Kayla Rodriguez Graff

Kayla Rodriguez Graff is an entrepreneur with a career spanning the retail, tech, and biotech industries. Kayla earned her MBA in 2014 from Hult International in San Francisco, CA and New York City, NY. Her forward thinking business mindset is unique and her overall knowledge of business development, marketing, operations, organizational effectiveness, and frontend web development in Fortune 40 experience made her a fit for the COO role. She’s responsible for operational efficiency, manufacturing, Quality and logistics. Kayla helped launched Kikfli – a video competition app where anyone, anywhere can compete, and SweetBio. SweetBio is a biotech startup revolutionizing dentistry with a “sweet” take on an oral surgery product. SweetBio has raised over $1 million to bring its product that leverages Manuka honey through FDA clearance and to commercialization.

Kayla also serves on several boards including Shelby County Mayor Luttrell’s Young Professional Board, American Cancer Society Young Professional Board, GeekedMemphis Advisory Board, Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce SoundCheck Young Professionals board and formerly Mayor Strickland Transition team. In her spare time, she supports the New Memphis Institute, STS mentoring for college students, and mentors aspiring entrepreneurs.
