With more than 25 years of experience in educational leadership and human capital growth, Leigh Baim Mansberg joins the Epicenter team in the role of Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Epicenter, Leigh served Bridge Capital, Shelby County Schools, and St. Mary’s Episcopal School, designing and implementing strategies, systems and teams to help these organizations reach their potential.
A rabid University of Memphis fan, where she received both her undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts and her masters degree in Education, Mansberg is an advocate for the entire Memphis area. During her 25 years of working within both the nonprofit and for-profit community, Mansberg has built important relationships that she brings to Epicenter to help serve the mission of our organization.
Leigh’s community work when not serving Epicenter focuses on empowering the voices of diverse citizens of Memphis. She currently works as a lead writing coach with Reach Memphis and serves on the boards of Facing History and Ourselves, Playback Memphis, and Temple Israel.
