Andrew Seamons

Andrew Seamons is the Managing Partner of Pittco Capital Partners and the Chief Investment Officer for Pittco Management. Andrew brings two decades of experience working with companies of all sizes on tackling tough strategic issues and driving rapid and significant financial and operational improvement. He also works with fund managers as they raise and deploy capital and manage their portfolios of companies. 

Prior to forming Pittco Capital Partners, Andrew was a partner with Paradigm Capital Partners, a Southeastern focused private equity firm. Previously, he was a member of the senior management team at LendingTree, the leading dot com era success story in online financial services. He was also a consultant with McKinsey & Company where he assisted management teams with issues of strategy and operational improvement across a variety of industries. 

He currently serves on the board of directors for a number of growth companies including Monogram Food Solutions, Expediter Services, and Lindy’s Homemade, and on the advisory boards of private equity funds. Andrew has been active in the local entrepreneurial community as a former board member and chairman of Emerge Memphis and former board member of Launch Tennessee. He is currently serving on the investment committee for MIFA. 

Andrew holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and economics, summa cum laude, from Duke University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar and Henry Ford II Scholar. He is also a CFA charterholder.
